We are very fortunate to have as our National Chair, Dr Kiran Patel who has been an ardent devotee of Bhagawan over many decades. Being a former Sai Student and Lecturer in Swami’s Institute, he has all the qualifications and blessings needed to build on the magnificent work being undertaken in the Sai Organisation. I hope you will give him the love, blessings and support that you afforded me during the past 2 years.

I would like to thank and congratulate Mel Griffin who has been appointed as Trustee onto the Sri Sathya Sai Charitable Trust of United Kingdom. Mel made many important and significant contributions on the UK Central Council during his term as National Vice Chair.

I would like to thank the out-going Regional Chairs, Nirmala Pisavadia and Dr Harish Thampy for their outstanding contributions in progressing the Sai Organisation in their respective Regions.

I would also like to thank the National Service Coordinator, Gayatri Bikoo and our National Youth coordinator, Jamie Raju for their outstanding contributions in 2011 and wish them well in their new roles and increased responsibilities as National Secretary and National Vice Chair.

Finally, I would also like to take this opportunity to wish all our out-going officers, at every level, the very best for the future. I pray that Swami will guide and bless them in all their endeavours.

I look forward to seeing you all at the National Orientation and Welcome day on Saturday 28th January 2012. The Conference is a must for all office-bearers, active works and devotees interested in serving within the Sai Organisation.
